RAIL TRACK TRAINING CC (RTT- RAIL) -is a South African company registered according to the Company’s Act 71 of 2008. It is a 100% black female owned Level 1 BBBEE company. The Company was established in 2008 by Mr Dannie Swanepoel and started operating in 2016 as TETA accredited training provider of Perway (Rail Track). In 2021 the company was bought by Mrs Caroline Mashudu Luvhimbe who is now the sole shareholder.

Caroline has experience in geology, geotechnical investigations and managing underground mines rail tracks maintenance. Directors and Managers within RTT-RAIL are individuals with more than 65 years combined experience in managements of Rails Track construction, Rehabilitation projects and accredited training. Though RTT was focused on training during its inception, the company widened its scope to include supply of rail construction material, specialist rail track construction, and rehabilitation and maintenance services. These products and services offerings are interlinked.

Our qualified trainees are offered on-the job training opportunities at the sites where we have construction and maintenance projects. The aim is to produce skilled personnel with the capacity to construct , rehabilitate and maintain rail infrastructures. The company also focus on supplying rail construction material and tools manufactured according to relevant specification and prescribed guidelines. The intention is to create a better future for the learners by equipping them with knowledge and to offer them perway skills through on-the job training programme whilst providing specialist low cost Rail infrastructure construction and maintenance services to our clients.
