Rail Track Training CC (RTT Rail) is a proudly South African company registered in terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. We are a 100% Black female-owned, Level 1 BBBEE company committed to delivering safe, innovative, and sustainable rail infrastructure solutions across the mining, industrial, and private sectors.

Established in 2008, RTT Rail initially focused on specialised rail track training and became a TETA-accredited Perway (Rail Track) training provider in 2016. Today, the company is owned and led by Ms. Thama Mulaudzi, a Civil Engineer with practical experience in rail infrastructure, underground mining operations, and project management. Under her leadership, RTT Rail has expanded into a multidisciplinary rail engineering company offering construction, maintenance, consulting, auditing, and accredited training services.

Our management team and technical specialists bring together over 65 years of combined experience in rail track construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, inspections, and operational support. We combine engineering expertise with practical field experience to deliver solutions that improve rail safety, reliability, and operational performance.

Our teams work closely with mine management and rail operators to ensure infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements while minimising operational downtime.

We provide accredited and practical on-the-job training designed to develop competent rail professionals capable of constructing, inspecting, maintaining, and managing rail infrastructure safely and efficiently.
